I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, bright, and cozy, with a small balcony offering stunning views of Newquay's main beaches. The service was exceptional, with polite and helpful staff members. The location was perfect, overlooking Newquay Harbour, and the dining experience was outstanding. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were somewhat tired, lacking proper ventilation at night, although they did offer lovely views of the Harbour and Newquay's main beaches. The service was friendly and helpful, especially accommodating our bulldog, Gladstone, but at times felt a bit lacking in availability. The location was fantastic, offering magnificent views, but not exactly close to the lively part of Newquay. The dining experience was delightful with fresh food and beautiful views but had some timing issues. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
